Preferred Areas of Application:

In pneumatic conveying systems for safely feeding processing machines in the food industry, plastics industry and chemistry with granular and powdery bulk materials. The bulk material feed can e.g. B. from a sack, barrel, container or silo. The separator types A... are used for discontinuous suction conveying systems, suction flow and suction pulse systems as individual separators, each with a separate blower. They are installed on the machine hopper of the processing machine and are used to separate the bulk materials.

Execution:

Filter with compressed air cleaning. Outlet with compressed air-operated outlet flap and expansion filter, including delivery and clean air connection and electronic control or connection control for PLC. Fastening to the customer's machine funnel using screws. Parts in contact with the product made of stainless steel, surfaces bright-rolled, weld seams ground.

Working principle:

By switching on the fan, it creates negative pressure, whereby the bulk material is sucked from the product feed point into the separator via the conveyor line. After the delivery time has elapsed, the outlet flap opens and the material flows out. If the level monitoring in the following container reports further demand, a new conveying cycle begins.
The sequence control is carried out by a freely programmable or electronic control. The respective operating status is displayed on the electronic control.
