This tumbler is in good working condition.
It was used in the recycling industry processing newspapers.

It has a wire cage that tumbles inside the static drum (this part is currently missing a motor). Inside the drum is also a spinning blade that is powered by a large separate motor for shredding/separating.
On the side of the drum is an auger that brings out the processed contents, this is also controlled by another separate motor.
