This cooling conveyor is in good working condition.
The belt is made out of stainless steel. There are water sprayers under the belt used to keep the belt cold and a tray reservoir to capture the sprayed water.
At the end of the conveyor is a scrapper and breaker to remove the contents off the belt and break them into pieces.
