This baler is in great working condition. It is an automatic machine with PLC control.

The machine operates automatically with a hopper feed. Input material into the hopper and then press the auto-cycle button for 3 ram compression.

It is purpose built, designed for dealing with the characteristics of chopped tyre wire. It is a high density baler that produces more than twice the applied platen pressure of a typical high density scrap metal baler.

The finished bales keep their integrity after handling, shipping and stockpiling, making them ideal for the recycler and the steel mill.

• Special door / hopper design allows for preloading of material
• 1.5” (40mm) thick, interlocking, through hardened, alloy steel liners in the main compression area
• Replaceable bolt in liners in the material gathering area
• Bale discharge height is 20”, ideal for a stacking conveyor or steel ramp.
• Totally enclosed providing a safe operating environment
• Capacity of this machine is 600 kgs – 800 kgs/hr.
